SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 working days, and may take 7-10 business days to be delivered, depending on the location. However, once shipped, there may be additional delays from the carrier services.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 599. For orders at Rs 599 & below, a flat shipping free of Rs. 75 is charged. An additional charge of Rs. 50 is charged for all cash on delivery orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most pincodes all over India. Unfortunately we don’t ship internationally currently.
Where's my order?
You will receive an email with the order confirmation from us. You will also receive a shipping confirmation message containing a tracking number once your is shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel the order prior to shipment, the shipping fees and other non-refundable charges will be deducted from your refund value. However, once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
The item delivered can be exchanged or returned only if the product has been physically damaged in transit or in case where an incorrect product has been shipped. In this case, the customer should have retained the original packaging, and should send pictures of the same to email@example.com within 24 hours of recieving the package. Alternatively, they can contact the team at +91 9136443689.
How do I get a refund?
Incase of refund, if and where applicable (Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for more information), the shipping fees and other non-refundable charges will be deducted from your refund value. You can expect your refund to reflect in your account in about 10-15 business days.
Can I change my order details after my order has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit order details, including address, email and contact number. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Revista assumes no responsibility. We will try our best to get the package to you at the earliest, however we can not guarantee the same.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you offer gift cards?
Sorry, we do not offer gift cards at the moment but we will let you know as soon as we do.

Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are safe, free of harmful preseravtives and known toxins. However if you are pregnat or breastfeeeding, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before using any new products, whether topical or ingestible.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our product packaging is recyclable. We use glass, metal and plastic all of which can be recycled or in some cases reused. We have also partnered with The Disposal Company to ensure that Lacuna Light is a plastic neutral brand, meaning we recover from the environment all the plastic that we put out and more.
